1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 The client must be at least 20 years of age, must have valid personal documents: passport and driving license. The driving license must be valid minimum from 1 year.
1.2 Minimum rental is one day(24 hours).A client receives the vehicle with a full car equipment, required by Bulgarian traffic police authorities, stated in a both ways signed protocol. The client must return the rented vehicle with its own full documentation and equipment on the appointed date and drop off point by contract in the same condition.
1.3 At least 5 hours prior to the end of the contract, a client must inform the owner about planned or sudden changes on the returning date and time of the car. In such cases the client may continue using the rented car, unless the same car has no other reservation for the next day. For extra days client pays a rent assigned by the rental contract, when the car was taken.
1.4 If for the period of 2 hours after the contract ends, the car has not been returned and the client has not informed the owner, the same car is reckoned stolen. Police authorities are informed immediately. The owner keeps all rights according to this contract. Overtime with 2 hours is being charged on a full day basis.

2. PRICES AND WAYS OF PAYMENT
2.1. All rentals include: Unlimited mileage; Third Party Liability insurance, Full insurance of the vehicle for all risks, Road taxes.
2.2 Full renting and deposit payment is due on signing the contract and the car condition statement.
2.3 When a client decides to return the rented vehicle before the appointed date and time by contract, he or she must inform the owner about that at least 5 hours prior to returning and can receive back 30% of the daily rate on the unused days left by contract. When the client does not inform the owner about that the last one can keep the whole sum for the unused days left by contract.
2.4 The renting price of the vehicle is VAT(GST) inclusive.
2.5 The renting price does not include any fuel, the car is to be accepted with a full petrol tank and is expected to be returned with full reservoir as well. If a client returns the vehicle with a petrol tank different of full, he or she must pay the difference to full reservoir calculated by the owner + 5 EURO fine.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 If a fuel is missing, losses or other small damages caused by negligence from the client occur, the deposit is being charged.
3.2 . In the case of any road accident, irrespectively of whose fault it was, the client must call the police and obtain a police statement of the incident. In cases when client is proven GUILTY for a road accident, he or she must pay the daily rate of the same car for every day lost in a car service and practically having the same car unusable, as well as all additional costs followed by the same accident ( within the limit of the deposit ). If an accident occurs, the client must immediately inform the owner.
3.3 If a client happens to lose car documentation or car keys, he or she must pay all the expenses followed by it.
3.4 If the rented vehicle is stolen and the car documentation and/or keys are not available the client takes full financial responsibility of the theft.
3.5.Insurance does not include damages on the tires or any other removable part of the vehicle. If a certain damage occurs during the rental period the client pays all the expenses for it.
3.6 A client can not use the rented vehicle for racing purposes, as well as training, pulling other vehicles, transportation of heavy and dangerous loads, unless having a written permission from the owner.
3.7 A client is not permitted to drive after having alcohol or any other drug consistent substances.
3.8 Giving the rented vehicle to third persons is strongly not allowed. A car is not permitted to leave the country whatsoever, unless an official notorised allowance (empowerment) is prepared by the owner.

4.EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
4.1 Upon client desire a vehicle may be supplied with baby seat or ski-trunk, free of charge.
4.2 Free delivery between 9.00 and 18.00h. every working day(except Saturday and Sunday)
4.3 Delivery and pick-up fees in after-work time are as follows:
• Sofia region –8 EURO
• Pick-up or drop-off at Sofia Airport-8 EURO
• Outside the territory of Sofia-0,20 EURO /km
4.4 Driving services within the territory of Bulgaria /6 hours working day/ - 15 EURO per day, and the client pays 5 EURO for every additional hour.
4.5 Pick up/delivery - Bulgaria: 60-70 euro

5. FINAL CONCLUSIONS
5.1 If a conflict occurs both sides try to solve the problem in a spirit of loyalty and understanding. In cases that it is impossible, competent authorities do this.
